These Terms of Service govern your use of the Prestige Car Rental Baku website and our car rental services in Baku, Azerbaijan. By using our site, you agree to these terms.
Prestige Car Rental Baku offers short-term car rental in Baku and across Azerbaijan — from economy to luxury vehicles. Services may include airport delivery, full insurance (KASKO), and office or hotel pickup.
Online booking and contact forms are inquiries, not instant contracts. Final confirmation is provided by phone, WhatsApp, or email. Price, vehicle availability, and terms are agreed at confirmation.
A valid driving licence and legal entry to Azerbaijan (e-visa, visa-free entry, or residence permit) are required. Minimum age depends on vehicle class — typically 21+. We do not arrange visas.
Daily rates are shown on the site in AZN. Deposit, insurance, daily mileage limit, and fuel policy are displayed per vehicle. No hidden fees — optional services (e.g. airport delivery) are disclosed upfront.
Pickup and return may be at our office, Heydar Aliyev Airport (GYD), your hotel, or an agreed address. Late returns, extra hours, or different drop-off locations may incur additional charges.
Cancellation and modification terms are communicated when your booking is confirmed. Contact us by phone, WhatsApp, or email to request changes.
Drivers must comply with traffic laws. Damage, fines, and unlawful use are the renter’s responsibility per the rental agreement. The website is provided “as is”; we are not liable for temporary technical outages beyond reasonable control.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation.
